Feb.07, 2018: St. Joseph’s School celebrated its Annual Day on Friday, the 19th of January 2018 amidst great zeal and vibrancy. Most Rev. Dr. K. A. William, Bishop of Mysore Diocese was the Honourable President on the occasion. Shri. Udaykumar (BEO), Mysuru North Zone was the Chief Guest.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the Ceremonial Lamp by the President Dr. K. A. William, escorted by the other Dignitaries. The Headmistress Sr. Maria Gracilda welcomed the guests and introduced the dignitaries on the dais. The cultural programme began with the Welcome Dance followed by various programmes like ‘Save Water Save Life’, ‘Women Empowerment’, ‘Blessings of Childhood’, ‘Unity in Diversity’, ‘Swatch Bharath’, a Finale on the ‘Life of Venerable Mother Veronica’, etc.
The Head Mistress shared the School’s Annual Report via PPT Presentation, after which the Honourable Guests gave away the prizes to the academically meritorious pupils of the School. The Chief Guest was Superlative in his appreciation of the Students, Teachers and the Management.
The programme was compeered by Mrs. Kaveri and Mrs. Vilma and anchored by Students namely Saniya Tabassum and Ameena Begum from the High School and Saniya Habeeb and Nida Baig from the Primary. The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
