The mission for the day is to encourage students to think beyond traditional career opportunities, prepare for future careers and entrance into the workplace.

Under the aegis of ‘AGNITIO’, Department of Commerce, A career guidance programme for II PU Commerce students was organised on Thursday, 27th June 2019 in the morning.

The resource person was Dr Catherine Nirmala, Associate Professor & HOD of Department of Post-Graduation studies in Commerce at St Agnes College. She spoke on the various career avenues available for Commerce students and stressed on the means and ways to be adopted to select the best career. She gave them insights about the present realities in the competitive job market. She advised them to be proficient and efficient, as well as to be a brand by themselves. The resource person was welcomed and introduced by Mrs Edrina Sequeira and thanked by Ms Naomi Pereira, Commerce Secretary.
